Booking
Conditions

These Booking Conditions form part of the contractual agreement between Exoria and the traveler.

Bookings become binding only after written confirmation by Exoria and receipt of required deposit payment, as set out in Section 2 of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

A deposit of 50% of the total trip price is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.

Significant delay in payment may be treated as a cancellation, and the terms of our Cancellation & Flexibility Policy will apply.

2. Deposit and Final Payment

Tours may require a minimum number of participants. Exoria may cancel or offer alternatives if the minimum is not met.

3. Minimum Participants

Included services are listed in booking confirmation.
Excluded unless stated:
- International flights
- Visa costs
- Insurance
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities

4. Included / Excluded Services

The traveler is responsible for ensuring they hold a passport with sufficient validity for the destination, as well as any required entry or transit visas.

5. Passport and Visa

The traveler must ensure they are physically fit for participation and disclose any relevant medical or personal conditions in advance. Full requirements are set out in Sections 15 and 16 of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Health and Fitness

We strongly recommend the following coverage:
- travel cancellation insurance
- international medical insurance
- evacuation coverage

7. Insurance

Single rooms may incur an additional supplement. Room-sharing requests are subject to availability.

8. Single Supplements and Room Sharing

Rebookings, name changes, and other modifications may be subject to administrative fees and are governed by Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes by Traveler

Travelers should follow luggage limits communicated before departure.

10. Luggage

Travelers are responsible for arriving on time for included services.

11. Flights and Arrival Responsibility

Unexpected events may require itinerary changes. The full list of qualifying circumstances and the traveler's remedies are set out in our Cancellation & Flexibility Policy and Section 19 of our Terms & Conditions.

12. Force Majeure

Any concerns should be reported immediately during travel to allow remedy.

By confirming a booking, the traveler accepts:
